Easy Reels (“Easy Reels,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Easy Reels mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect or process the following information:
- Account information: user account identifier, login provider information, and authentication status. If you sign in with Apple or Google, those providers may process your login information according to their own privacy policies.
- Business profile information: store name, featured product or menu item, business category, location text, store mood, target customers, preferred tone, and preferred voice.
- Content you provide: reel topic, script text, edited script text, voice settings, generated captions, and related generation inputs.
- Media on your device: videos you capture or import, video duration, clip order, and rendered videos. Raw video files are processed on your device for editing and rendering. We do not sell your videos.
- AI generation data: text prompts and script content may be sent to AI and speech providers to generate scripts, speech, captions, and related outputs.
- Subscription and purchase information: subscription status, product identifier, entitlement status, purchase restoration status, and app user identifier. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.
- Usage and technical information: monthly generation count, project identifiers, event type, timestamps, install identifier, hashed IP address, hashed user agent, app version, device-related technical information, and error information needed to operate and protect the service.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide the app’s core reel creation features.
- Generate scripts, voice audio, captions, and rendered videos.
- Save and restore your app state and business profile.
- Apply free and Pro usage limits.
- Verify purchases, subscriptions, and purchase restoration.
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and excessive automated usage.
- Diagnose errors, maintain reliability, and improve the service.
